I recently used Quay Financial for my home loan and I must say it was an average experience overall. The process was quite straightforward and the staff were friendly, but I found the interest rate offered to be a bit higher compared to some other lenders. However, their customer service was excellent and they were always prompt in responding to my queries. I would recommend Quay Financial to others, as long as they are aware of the slightly higher rates.
