I recently went on a ski holiday with a company I found online. The experience was great overall, with stunning slopes and amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip. However, I do think there is room for improvement in terms of organization and communication. Overall, I had a good time and would consider going on another ski holiday in the future.
