My experience with Pets4homes was overall average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of pets available. However, the customer service could have been better. I had some issues with my account and it took a while to get a response from the support team. The overall process of finding and adopting a pet was smooth, but there is definitely room for improvement.
