I have been a customer of Brt INC for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is satisfactory but nothing exceptional. The prices are also reasonable. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support in the past. They were slow to respond and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, Brt INC is an okay company to do business with.
