The nurses while I was visiting were great. The communication between shifts is horrid. Things were done that no one had explanations for. Management is extremely poor rated.
This place does not live up to the hype. They drug the patients hard, so they don't have to deal, with them in my personal opinion.
My mother missed several meals due to orders not being put in. She was mistreated in several ways, which I have documented and voiced my concern without accusing but hoping for clarification. Off shifts are grossly understaffed or lack motivation.
The grounds are lovely. Nice flower gardens.
The volunteers are a true blessing.
