We went to few VW dealers before we came to this one. The dealership itself did not give me any better impression than the other one. Especially the sales manager teams, really lack certain courtesy and mutual respect. The reason WHY WE DECIDED to get the car here is because of the salesperson Sam E. Learned he was only been to this dealership for few months but was able to answer all the questions I had about Tiguan, unlike other dealership's salesperson. He is honest,which is very rare in the industry, and straight forward to the point, trying to get the best deal he can for you. Instead of using sales techniques that his manger and other places used on us, he went straight to the price and start negotiating with his manager for us.
The reason why I am saying the manager team lack of mutual respect was because the next day we went in to make the final purchase, a different guy, he didn't say anything walk passed by us few times like we were not there. The finance process was not that fast, about an hours. But Sam made it easy for us to drive home the car once the process was done.
If you are looking for getting a VW or used Subaru from Stohlman, look for Sam E, you don't need email the dealership online, they won't give you any useful info anyway, and most likely assign you to a random sales person. Just walk in and Sam will be the best guy to ease a lot of pain during a car buying process.
