I have been a customer of Kontatec sistemas industriais ltda for a few years now and I have to say that their services are average. While they do a decent job, there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and professional, but sometimes the communication can be a bit slow. Overall, I would recommend them, but be prepared for a few small hiccups along the way.
