I had a mixed experience with KICKHAEFER BUESSING. While the quality of their products is excellent, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the information provided was not helpful. However, once I escalated the issue, they did resolve it to my satisfaction. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement in the customer service department.
