I reached out to them because of my alcohol addict...

I reached out to them because of my alcohol addiction. Finally got a response when they called me. I was seeking treatment because of my alcohol addiction. I asked for outpatient treatment because of the fact that I take care of my son on my days off and they told me they couldn't do outpatient treatment for me because (I wasn't on anything hard). That was a slap in the face because it has been truly hard for me to kick my addiction to alcohol. This company is a joke. Not sure why alcohol addiction isn't as important as *hard stuff* like meth or whatever. You would be better off trying to seek help on your own through another source.
