Tcdc is a joke. The employees are over worked in a very hot environment. They work in filth and are treated poorly by the management. The hr team is a joke. They dont represent the employees at all. It's a family run business and they take care of family and close friends only. Ten bucks an hour to work in a room that hits 100+ degrees in the summer is not worth it.
