I have been coming to Mackinac Island for 50 years...

I have been coming to Mackinac Island for 50 years & I have always wanted to do the closing of the grand. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had on the island! They tell you your room will be ready at a certain time & hours later it's still not ready, they don't offer any explanation or even offer a manager that you can speak too!! The activities have all started & we still don't have a room & we are sitting in the lobby with our bag's & coats! This place is so poorly run& we will never be bacj!! We will stay at Stonecliffe from now on!!!
