We stopped in their showroom to inquire about a specific sample. We had a good experience talking to Corey and he scheduled someone to come out and measure our kitchen. That part all went well. It's what happened next that I still can't believe happened. At the time I am writing this review, its now been over 3.5 weeks since the man came out to measure our kitchen in order to provide us with a quote. We still have no received the quote. My wife emailed several times. No response. I called and actually spoke with Corey..."I'll get you that estimate by the end of the day." That was 3 days ago and we still don't have it. I have tried calling them since and now it always goes to busy leading me to believe that they have black-listed my phone number so my calls won't go through. I am done! This company has the most deplorable customer service because they simply refuse to actually provide service to the customer!
