Absolutely terrible! I prepaid for the room in adv...

Absolutely terrible! I prepaid for the room in advance and was still charged an additional full day - and a $100 incidental as well!!! I was so upset it ruined my stay. I am 62 years old and have NEVER had to pay 2 days plus an incidental!! Great news for you though... I will never stay at another Westin Hotel - ever!!!
