As a student living in one of College Life Communities' apartments, I have had a decent experience overall. The management is responsive to maintenance requests and keeps the premises clean. However, I do feel that the rent is a bit on the higher side compared to other options in the area. The amenities provided are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would say it's an average place to live.
