This boutique pilates studio has amazing instructors who are respected and have been in the industry for years! There are 8 reformers so classes are very personalized and your movements are always checked to make sure they are done correctly, plus modifications are given to anyone who may need them. One of my favorite classes is Athletic Reformer which integrates weights/balls/bands with some traditional sculpting/cardio moves. It's challenging but Gail always makes it fun!
The studio itself is cozy and inviting and the staff very friendly. I also need to mention the place is absolutely spotless and every effort is made to maintain a clean and germ free environment. I really enjoy going here and would highly recommend Art of Pilates LI to anyone from a complete beginner to all advanced levels! It has something for everyone!
