I have been a loyal customer of Digiplusit for the past 3 years and I must say their service is average. While they do deliver on their promises, there is definitely room for improvement. The website navigation can be a bit confusing at times, and the overall user experience could be smoother. However, the customer support team is always helpful and quick to respond to queries. I appreciate their efforts but I believe there is still scope for them to excel.
