Overall, my experience with Breaking Laces LLC has been average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them too long to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. I also had some issues with the quality of the products I purchased. They were not as durable as I expected them to be. Overall, I wouldn't say Breaking Laces LLC is a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
