like many others we received a free cruise voucher via Blue Green vacations. this is the worst company i ve seen in my life. they need negative stars! poor customer service, very rude, and don t forget the lies they tell. the agent i was dealing with told me that i probably could not afford to even take the cruise when i declined to upgrade. and told me that i could not deal with anyone except for him. hung up called back and asked for a manager she booked our cruise but she was a liar also. take the free cruise if you like, but if actually cheaper just to book with carnival directly.
