I've been a loyal customer of PC Health Associates for a long time, and I must say that their service has been average at best. While they have been able to fix some issues with my computer, there have been times when the problem was not properly resolved, leading to recurring issues. The technicians often seem rushed and not very attentive. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
