I had a mixed experience with Travel smart. While their customer service was exceptional and the booking process was smooth, I was a bit disappointed with the accommodations. The hotel room was smaller than expected and the amenities were not up to par. However, their prompt response to my concerns and their efforts to rectify the situation showed their dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would still recommend Travel smart for their excellent service.
