Time wasters - contacted for promotional pens for a client, after sending across artwork files they stop responding to emails. Called twice and got told that someone would get back to me and they never did. Wasted a month of my time, and my client's time. Now we have to start the process from the start again. I am not happy, do not recommend. Would give less than 1 star if possible.
