I'm a bit disappointed with my experience shopping at Sofreshandsogreen.com. The website is mediocre, and their product range is limited compared to other eco-friendly stores I've seen. The customer service was also subpar. It took forever to get a response to my emails, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. I expected more from a company that claims to be so fresh and so green. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
