Prices are good and she is wonderful as a person and good at what she does, but not professional. Late to appointments and didnt show up to my last one. Did not call or text. I showed up to a sign on the door. I wouldn't have even been upset about changing my appt but just let someone know before they drive 45 mins to come. I called a couple weeks after to schedule another and still have not heard back. Unfortunately, I will have to take my business somewhere else, but it really has messed up my summer goals to be finished with laser by a certain time.
