Room was cold heating does not work, twice reporte...

Room was cold heating does not work, twice reported makes something wrong, window broken you can not quite do it glued with isolated rack. . Personnel totally unmotivated, cold. Hotel absolutely needs renovation. From my opinion the nimals hotel with 4 stars, ew 1 to 2 not more.
