As a customer of Postys, I have had an average experience overall. The website is user-friendly and I was able to find what I was looking for easily. However, the customer service could be improved. The response time was a bit slow and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. Nonetheless, I appreciate the company's effort to provide a good user experience.
