Juan is very helpful and responsive. I felt assured that he was working with my best interest in mind. I had a couple of issues along the way (none of them because of Juan) and he worked with me to resolve them all. Gave me advice and answer all of my questions. I also liked that he followed up when he hadn t heard back from me. A very reliable person.
