I had a mixed experience with Rosenblum & Reisman. While their website seemed modern and professional, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and I felt like my case was not a priority. However, once I finally got in touch with someone, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
