Express hot yoga is a great place to practice hot yoga. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The classes are challenging, but also accessible to all levels. I have noticed significant improvements in my flexibility and strength since starting at Express hot yoga. The only downside is the limited class schedule, but overall I highly recommend this studio.
