I recently had the opportunity to check out a company offering similar services to Metadata. I was impressed with their website, which was user-friendly and had a clean design. However, their customer support could use some improvement. It was difficult to get in touch with a representative, and the responses were slow. On the positive side, the quality of their products was good. Overall, I believe Metadata Japan has potential but needs to work on their customer support.
