The place took 100 euros deposit at the beginning of the stay and they only pay back the 50 euros of it. When I asked them the reason, they told me that I did not tidy up the beds and empty the waste bins. Therefore, they did not pay 50 euros back. I started the process to get my money back however I just wanted to let all the people who plans to stay there to be more careful about this issue and know what kind of a place they will stay.
Even they can not bear a critisizm and you can see their rude attitude below. They did not tell me anything about taking off the sheets or taking the waste out of the wastebin and take it to another place. This is a shame on them. They got this 50 euro deposit for tidying up however they also get the same money from the people at the beginning of their stay. They even did not provide wood for the oven and I had to buy it myself from a market. They talk about renovation but the money they kept was due to some other reason. They are also trying to show covid as an excuse to keep our money which is meaningless. I asked them for the receipt of the work done for 50 euros and they did not send it.
