Ordered delivery. After three hours of calling the phone number on record, which only ever went to a full voicemail box, I cancelled thru Grubhub. Utter incompetence.
UPDATE: Apparently it s actually a gym, and they re offering food service thru Grubhub. It s still terrible and to be avoided at all costs, but now it makes more sense why.
