I recently visited an orthodontic practice and had a below average experience. The staff was friendly but I found the overall treatment to be lacking. The results were not as expected, and I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. The communication could have been better and I didn't feel valued as a patient. I would recommend exploring other options for orthodontic care.
