I had an average experience with Barney's Sports Chalet, INC. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the product I purchased. It did not meet my expectations. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
