Spirit Path Yoga And Wellness LLC is my happy place! 🙏 The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The classes are both challenging and rejuvenating, leaving me feeling balanced and refreshed. The inclusion of meditation and breathwork in the sessions adds another layer of depth to the practice. I can't recommend this studio enough!
