I have been using Ion Torrent's products for my research and I must say that they have exceeded my expectations. The sequencing data is consistently of high quality and the instruments are reliable. The user interface is easy to use and the support team is responsive. Overall, I would rate Ion Torrent by Life Technologies as excellent.
