BUYER BEWARE!! Socks arrived & were clearly defect...

BUYER BEWARE!! Socks arrived & were clearly defective/damaged (loose threads, material shredding, falling apart). Instead of backing their return policy & sending me a return label, customer service offered me a $5 coupon to buy more trash from them. After I refused, they suggested I cut off the threads because this is normal. WHAT!?! I'm not sure where they shop but I've never bought socks to then cut off loose threads. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau & their response was the socks aren't damaged. SERIOUSLY!?! Anyway, my credit card company couldn't believe they refused to refund my money & immediately approved my transaction dispute after seeing the pictures! They own a lot of other business names like ThatDailyDeal so be careful.
