As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this Indian company. I visited their website, aartiinternational.com, and while it provided a decent overview of their services, I found it lacking in some areas. The website navigation was not very user-friendly, making it difficult to find specific information. Additionally, the product descriptions were not detailed enough, leaving me with unanswered questions. On a positive note, their range of products seemed diverse and of good quality, which is why I decided to give them a chance. However, their customer service was just average. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I felt that my concerns were not being prioritized.
