I have been a customer of Fireside Property Group for over 5 years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they are always responsive and address maintenance and repair issues promptly, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would give them a rating of average.
