The overall experience at Serendipity Kids Ranch was just average. The facilities were okay, but could use some improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some instances where they seemed a bit disorganized. The activities for the kids were fun and engaging, but I felt like there could have been more variety. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably wouldn't go back.
