Willy Patti was an excellent salesperson who had great knowledge on the vehicles on the lot. He was thorough and nice without being pushy. Yvonne, the finance lady, was just learning a brand new finance system so she was rather slow, but thorough and a very nice lady. The $1,000 finance and $1,000 trade in shown on the website was rather deceiving. We thought that 2k would come off the price of the vehicle, but instead it was added. Also, the $995. dealer prep fee is a crock. We were also not offered the $25 Visa reward card. Other than that, things went well.
