Update!!!

Update!!!

Scam scam scam! If you are uneducated stay away from them! They will steal your money. So I thought they were truly going to right their wrongs and they have not. They got me into a new car with a new loan after running my credit 9 times. Only for them to back out of the loan. I was confused onto why I haven t received a welcome letter or anything from Santander. I call them to hear they reached out to sun Toyota on 2 separate dates for a piece of paper that I obtain. Not once did they reach out to me for this paperwork. I call and leave a message with no response for a week now. Stressed by this an understatement. I was able to get a promotion because I got a car and had to inform my employer of the Situation who was also as concerned and stressed as me so I had to resign from said position. This legit has been more stressful than the pandemic itself and has to be illegal! From the first situation with false pretenses with Morgan insurance included to this situation with them purposely not even attempting to obtain a paper I had in my possession. Just take the car and give me my money back at this point. I will be going to BBB. No one should have to go through the stress and hassle to make sure someone s doing the job they got paid to do. Do your homework people. Go in with someone who knows something. This is absolutely absurd behavior from such a reputable dealership

Update!!*******

I initially went to sun Toyota for their high reputation what I got was a business who preys on people. Every movement they did was calculated, callous, and malicious. First I get there everything is fine and I m browsing through cars that I can afford and only in blue(because they have them in stock at this location) then under a certain amount of miles because of the lifetime warranty I was promised! It got down to 2 or 3 vehicles and I chose a 2015 Nissan Versa. It shows on the car fax it had small damage in the rear he shows me a picture and says do you see any damage. No. I don t. I asked to test drive and look at the vehicle Michael my salesman says okay and walks away for a hour or so apologizes for the wait that, finance is taking longer to see if I m approved... again I said I want to look at the car he again walks away comes back SWEATING I was curious little did I know he was about to sell me something under false pretenses. He has me sign a few papers, has insurance come over then I go into financing. I get told BEFORE I sign it s something with the keys and I can t look or get the vehicle. That they re sending me home in a rental. Just keys.... then the next day Michael tells me it was deemed unsafe and they had to fix a few things WHAT??? To my understanding you do the 160 point inspection before the sale. I tell him my concerns and he assures me everything is fine. Then I get ghosted for a day and a half. So I bought my car on the 03/02/2021 to not even I get it til 3 days later. I get in drive it the breaks make a grounding noise and there is a rattling under the hood! I took it to the mechanic who tells me the car was hit in the front as well as the back shows me the damage, how they ducked taped something under the hood and the Ac compressor was on its way out. A 160 point inspection yea a joke. So now I m asking for my warranties for 3 days to be told I don t have bumper to bumper and he sends an email of the websites warranties. Nothing of what Michael told me was included with the car not the 3 year warranty through sun Toyota or the lifetime warranty. The whole encounter was under complete false pretenses. Also beware when your in finance and the guy gets on the phone check you interest percentage. I m paying the amount plus half of what the cars worth. I m not even mad at that part I was just excited to finally get a car again being a single mom. They robbed me of my joy and my trust in sales men reputable dealerships. Where s the compassion in what you do? As a black single mom during a pandemic I am completely baffled at the level of integrity of this business.
