As a customer, I recently attended an event organized by the company, and I found their services to be average. The website was easy to navigate, providing essential information about the event. However, when it came to the actual experience, there were a few areas for improvement. The staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked proper organization, leading to delays in registration and confusion in directing attendees. Additionally, the setup of the exhibition space was cramped, making it difficult to navigate through the stalls comfortably. On the positive side, the company did provide some valuable resources and materials related to the event, which I appreciated. Overall, while the concept and efforts were commendable, there is room for improvement in terms of better coordination and optimizing space to enhance the attendee experience.
