I recently purchased some fabrics from this company and overall, my experience was average. On the positive side, their website is easy to navigate and showcases a wide variety of textiles. The ordering process was smooth and the fabrics arrived on time. However, I found the quality of the fabrics to be just average, nothing exceptional. The colors were not as vibrant as they appeared on the website and there were a few loose threads on some of the fabrics. Additionally, I had some difficulty getting in touch with customer service when I had a question about my order. The lack of clear communication was a bit frustrating. In the end, I would say that while this company offers a decent selection, there is room for improvement in terms of fabric quality and customer service.
