I recently used Techsos for some technical support, and I found their service to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent amount of information about their services. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall customer service experience. It took quite a while to get a response to my inquiry, and the representative I spoke to was not very helpful or friendly. The technical support I received was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The technician was able to fix the issue I was experiencing, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, I think Techsos is an average company. They provide the necessary technical support, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness.
