I recently used this company for a home renovation project. The website was user-friendly and had all the necessary information. The communication with the team was average; sometimes I had to follow up multiple times for a response. The work completed was decent, but there were a few small issues that needed to be fixed. The pricing was fair, but a bit higher than I expected based on the initial quote. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail. I have hopes that they will address these issues for future customers. 🙂
