I recently used this shipping platform for my small business and found it to be quite average. The interface was easy to navigate, but the overall experience was just okay. The features were functional but lacking in some areas. I did appreciate the efficiency in processing orders, but I was hoping for more customization options. 📦 The customer support was responsive, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond. Overall, it's a decent option for basic shipping needs, but it could use some improvements to truly stand out in the market.
