I m actually filing a complaint with the better business bureau. They denied my claim but I work in law enforcement so it should have been covered.

On top of that my doctor and I left my adjuster several voicemails and she literally never called back but when you call the call center they say there s nothing they can do to help you, call the adjuster.

Very poor excuse of a company.
