Misuse of Professional Position — Unfounded Child Services Referral

I had a disturbing experience with Health Claims Bureau Limited and a nurse called Helen Crook involved in their processes. After I submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR), the nurse made a retaliatory report to Child Services—despite having no direct knowledge of my situation. The report timed immediately after my SAR, appears calculated and malicious.

Also, Health claims bureau group have been in collusion with my ex employer against myself.

I have documented emails showing the exact dates and times, which were acknowledged by Child Services as indicative of retaliation.

This behaviour is unprofessional, unethical and a clear misuse of professional position. I intent to file complaints with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and intend to continue pursuing this matter legally and through tribunal processes as well as involving the police for stalking/harassment.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to tread carefully—this organisation has shown it may act vindictively when challenged.
