I will never go back to Raleigh Dermatology. There is only one doctor. The rest of the "associates" are not doctors and that's who they have you meet with. The ladies at the counter are not friendly. The last straw was when I brought my daughter to a follow-up visit. We waited in the waiting room for almost an hour. They seem to double and triple book appointments with no consideration for the patient's time. I made the mistake of complaining about the wait time to the "nurse assistant" who brought us back to the examination room. She was extremely disrespectful and rude. I spoke to the office manager who did nothing. She said that I could be the next in line for the next (nurse) assistant.

I cancelled my daughter's appointment that day as we wasted enough time there already. I also cancelled both my husband's and my upcoming appointments. I told them that we will not be coming back. They didn't seem to care at all. There are plenty of other dermatologists in Raleigh. No need to go to a crappy place like this. I feel a one star rating is too high for this place, but the system wouldn't allow me to put less than one star.
