The management company lacks morals and ethics. Literally!!! The previous manager was charged with embezzlement according (posting the article on google) to newspapers articles. The price of the units vary according to how they feel. And if they like you. The exact same until will cost you from $1601 to $2400
the same day. They will also charge you a moving fee if you transfer units; from $0
to $1000.00 dollars. Depending on their mood. Also I will be posting photos on Google reviews.

My building is to be a dog friendly building but it is not. Furthermore my pup got injured by glass shards and had to have surgery. Pics coming on google. I told management 3 different times and they did absolutely nothing. The glass shards were there for over 2 weeks.

The new manager Michele Davis has been rude, condescending and disrespectful to tenants. She is used to bulling defenseless older people that cannot defend themselves.

I sent an email to advise them of the lack of safety all over the hallways she retaliated instead of fixing the issues.
